Monica Patel (Managing Director)
Monica is a Clinical Pharmacist with 9 year’s experience within hospital and in primary care, with a specialist interest and passion for care of the elderly and managing frailty. Monica has additional expertise in rehabilitation for elderly and stroke patients.
Since 1995, she has grown up immersed in her family’s care home business. During this time she has seen the care industry modernise. With her experience working in elderly care she aspires to provide the best innovative holistic care.
Sachin Jhingan (Clinical Director)
Sachin Jhingan is a full time NHS GP with 16 years experience in healthcare. He has a first class honours in Sports & Exercise Medicine with a particular focus in prevention of illness. He has experience in hospital Elderly medicine and Stroke medicine. His passion is in care of the Elderly medicine in the community and working closely with care homes in delivering outstanding care and avoiding admission to hospital.
